All Sales Are Final
At The Sneaks Vault, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include in your email:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your case and determine the best solution.

Important Notes

• Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

• Items must be unused and in the original packaging when submitting a claim.

• All resolutions are offered at the discretion of The Sneaks Vault.

Notas Importantes

• Reclamos realizados después de 7 días de la entrega podrían no ser elegibles.

• Los artículos deben estar sin usar y en su empaque original al momento de presentar un reclamo.
