• Order Processing & Shipping
  

  • Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (excluding holidays).

  • U.S. & Puerto Rico: Typically 3–7 business days

  • International: Typically 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

• International Orders, Taxes & Duties

  If you’re ordering from outside the U.S. or Puerto Rico, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier.
  For orders shipped to Canada or the European Union, Shopify may calculate and collect local sales tax (VAT/GST) at checkout, but additional import duties may still apply. These fees are your responsibility.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Puerto Rico & U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs) after processing

• Delays & Liability
  The Sneaks Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
